The VITAL Deluxe Set SOFT includes a foot massage mat in addition to our classic set of acupressure pillow and acupressure mat set. The 74 cm long acupressure mat is suitable for people up to 170 cm to treat the back and shoulders. The XL version with the 130 cm long mat is recommended for people with stronger physique and height over 170 cm. The acupressure neck cushion works on tense necks and can also be used as a lumbar cushion. The SOFT foot massage mat stimulates the foot reflex zones and can be used while sitting or standing, with socks or barefoot.
The acupressure mat uses the principle of acupressure, where with the help of pressure on certain points of the body, the flow of chi(energy) is activated. This is said to promote the body's self-healing powers and alleviate a variety of ailments. With regular use, the acupressure mat can help relieve tension and reduce stress, chronic fatigue or sleep disorders.

How to use the Acupressure mat:
It is best to wear a thin t-shirt and slowly lie down with your back on the acupressure mat. Gently place your head on the acupressure pad. Breathe deeply and calmly. The first 3 - 5 minutes may be a little painful, but the initial discomfort will then transform. You should not rest on the acupressure mat for more than 20-30 minutes. Use the relaxation mat 1 - 2 times a day. After some time your body will get used to the pressure of the tips. Maybe you will soon feel like many other users who relax so deeply on the acupressure mat that they fall asleep on it. You can also use the foot mat under your desk for small relaxation or activation sessions.
