How does the loyalty program work?

You can only collect and redeem loyalty points as a registered customer, so you must register when making a purchase. Loyalty points related to your purchase are calculated based on the cart value when you place your order! * These points are added to your account as loyalty points, which you can view by clicking on the "My Loyalty Points" submenu in your personal menu. Once the full value of your order has been received (credit date), the points received for the new purchase will also be credited to the system. When you make a new purchase, you can spend the points available to you on any product or products. If you want to see the collected loyalty points, you will see it on the checkout page. Loyalty points can be redeemed at the checkout.

How do I collect my loyalty points?

How do I redeem my loyalty points?

If you have a loyalty point in your account, you can shop with it in the Yoga Bazaar Web Store. Loyalty points can be credited to the checkout at the checkout from the total amount of your order. The shipping customer point does not apply to the delivery fee!

You can redeem the collected points for 1 point = 5 HUF, so you can reduce the final amount of your order to this extent. The collected loyalty points can be used within 180 days from the date of crediting for the next purchase.

If you do not use the Loyalty Points within the available 180 days, the unused points will be automatically deleted.

Is there a point after a purchase paid with a loyalty point?

Yes, you will receive loyalty points after the full amount of the purchase.

Can I use a coupon and a point at the same time?

When taking advantage of customer discounts, you must decide whether you want to use a point or coupon as a discount for that particular purchase. There is no way to use points and discount coupons within a purchase.
