Which products are indluded in the guarantee?

You can apply for replacement or refund in case of all products except: neti pot, tongue cleaner, towels, sprays, CD/DVD and books. Attention! Any item returned without original documentation will be rejected.and any items that have been damaged, or otherwise altered after delivery, won't be accepted for return. Products returned without original packaging or wrapping are eligible for 70% refund.

How can you request a refund?

For guarantee validation, please request for a replacement of or a refund for the product within 30 days of receipt of shippment via e-mail (office@yogabazaar.eu) or contact us on phone (+36-30-552-3070). After request confirmation, proof of purchase (itemised receipt) and the product in its original packaging are required to qualify for the refund and replacement product. Shipping costs to return product are the customer’s responsibility.
