Application:
To address the trigger points on your back, place the fascia ball with the appropriate degree of intensity under the corresponding point of your back, whille lying down in a relaxed position.
Then move back and forth as slowly as possible, while on the trigger point. The fascia massage ball can also be used on body parts such as the gluteal muscles, the underside of the feet, the arms or hands by slowly rolling out the muscles while sitting, standing or lying down.
