Block - Bindu
If you are using a block it will help you accurately implement the postures, it stabilizes and coordinates the body. It is rugged and it is so easy that you can even take it with yourself to a yoga class. Nevertheless, it is strong enough to securely hold your body during your practise.
Sitting on the top, it rises the hips, straighten the spine and if you are using in conjuction with four blocks, it spares the cervical spine during classical candle pose (Sarvangasana).
