A 15 ml Aromatouch negyedét összekevertem kétszer annyi frakcionált kókusz olajjal, majd hozzáadtam két kávéskanálnyi semleges, szilárd állagú krémet. Homogén masszává kevertem.
Feszültségből eredő nyak, és váll fájdalmakra használjuk, este, lefekvés előtt. Ellazítja az izmokat és jól lehet tőle aludni. Kicsiknél lehet használni a növekedésből eredő lábfájdalmakra. Nyugtatóan hat.
